Job Description:


Britfort Academy, a leading educational institution, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Spoken English Instructor to join our Tirur Branch.

As a Spoken English Instructor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the language proficiency of our students.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students of various proficiency levels.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans and curriculum to meet the specific needs of the students.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English communication skills.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to actively participate in class.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language teaching to continually improve the quality of instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification of 1 year plus experience in teaching spoken English.
  • Strong command over the English language with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Patience and understanding to work with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Proven ability to create a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Please note that this is a full-time position, and work from home options are not available.
