Description

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe tools (Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere)for design and animation work.

Strong understanding of video editing techniques, visual storytelling, and composition.

Familiarity with the real estate industry and a passion for staying informed about industry trends and developments.

Basic understanding of colour grading, audio mixing, and sound design principles.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and ability to generate visually appealing and engaging video ideas.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously to ensure high-quality video output.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues. Previous experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related roles is a plus.
