Aguaclan Waterpurifiers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team.

The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our after-sales service operations, providing exceptional support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding servicerelated issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a customerfocused approach to enhance overall satisfaction.

Service Scheduling:

  • Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
  • Coordinate service visits, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime for customers.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and resolutions.
  • Generate regular reports on service activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Communication:

  • Facilitate clear communication between customers and service technicians.
  • Update customers on the status of service requests and expected resolution times.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and assess the quality of service provided, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance service processes and standards.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with water purification systems (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficient in using service management software.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
