Description

Position Overview:

Experience: 2-4 years

Note:
Will have to come to office once a week for 2-3 hours.

Location:
Khar west

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly GST Filing:

Prepare and file monthly GST returns accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and maintain proper documentation.

General Ledger (GL) Maintenance:

Record and maintain all financial transactions in the general ledger.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries and reconcile any discrepancies.

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and financial records.

Invoice Preparation:

Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain organized and uptodate financial records and documentation.
Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
