Account Executive - Delhi, India - Kareer King Konsultancy
Description
1.Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc- Handling day-to-day accounting
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- Handling all banking related works
- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
- Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description
- Preparing profit and loss statements
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
- Handling petty cash
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
Key Notes:
Accounting, Book keeping, E-invoicing, TDS, GSTR1 working and GSTR3B working etc.
Computer Skills:
MS-Excel, MS-Word, Tally ERP9.
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Delhi , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
