Basic windows installation knowledge and system hardware knowledge
Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements
System Administration including installation, troubleshooting the issues, maintenance of Workstations, Networks, Communication and Security systems
Should maintain Desktop & Laptop
Should maintain the Hardware & Networking
Should handle at least 30 systems
Effective Communications skills with Right attitude
Assigning and maintaining user access
Responding to employee concerns relating to IT
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components
