Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer URS, submitted Filled URS with offer to client & take followup.
  • Prepare Spare & Service quotations.
  • Payments follow up.
  • Create and maintain a database of clients.
  • Providing Back office support to the sales team.
  • Share newsletters & new launch product details to the customer through mailing.
  • Refer to client's mails and reply on queries with them requirement.
  • Maintain sales enquiry, spares & service record in excel file for back up and our company reference.
  • Coordinate with internal team for material status, design layout, spares part dispatch.
  • Arrange conference meeting to resolve customer query.
  • Making good presentation to serve new development.
  • Generate new enquiry through existing database.

Requirements:


  • Experience in packaging & processing machinery service.
  • Should have decent communication skills in Hindi & English

Qualification

  • Any Graduate

Key Competencies and Skills:


  • About 3 5 years of experience with relevant Industry.
  • Adaptive to latest trends & technologies.

Location of posting

  • Vasai, Mumbai

Salary:
₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
