Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Conduct design reviews basis Engg. Drawings & Ensure APQP (Advance Product Quality planning) with the manufacturing team for clear understanding of OEM requirements and specs/ Standards.
Carry out PPAP, Initiate and validate the 4M conditions.
Ensure First TIme right & Every thing right Process outcomes / Signoffs the Quality agrements along with PSW (Part submisison Warrants).
Carry out Process & Product audit through Control plan/SOP/Process sheet in manufacturing process.Lead DWM of Machine shop by Daily rejection analysis of inhosue rejection ,Assy throwback & customer return & other issues.
Maintain process capability of Critical Parameters ,X bar & R Chart analysis and taking corrective actions.Drive machine shop ZDM (Zero Deffect Machine) by Sellection based on sod rating, 04 M Analysis and ZDM Monitoring and action item closer.
Drive Improvement related activities, Kaizen, Yellow belts, Green belts, QMS activities The Mahindra wa ,ys (TMW), AFS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001,ISO 14001:2015, Planning & documentation of ISMS (ISO 27001:2013).
Drive standard room activities like calibration of Instruments & Gauges ,Torque wrench calibration ,MSA of Instruments & Gauges.Planning & execution of Machine shop Quality budget.
