As our Receptionist cum Sales Representative & Social Media Enthusiast, you'll be the face and voice of Edapt Learning Technologies, both in-person at our Calicut office and online.

This multifaceted role involves welcoming guests, managing sales inquiries, and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact at our HiLite Business Park office, offering a warm welcome to visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
Support our sales efforts by handling inquiries, providing detailed product information, and following up on leads to nurture sales opportunities.
Craft and post compelling content on our social media pages, including product/service updates, behindthescenes stories, and interactive posts to engage with our audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that support our sales goals and enhance our brand identity.
Ensure the reception area is organized and inviting, reflecting the innovative spirit of Edapt Learning Technologies.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
Proficient in managing business social media accounts, with a portfolio of content that demonstrates creativity and impact.
