Quality

Ensure proper running of ETP with greater stress on quality, safety and house keeping.
Coordinate with shift chemist for any deviation in quality parameters in plant & to take appropriate action if any deviation observed
Ensure consistent discharge of treated effluent to estuary within prescribed norms and trouble free running of all equipment.
Maintain gypsum sludge quality for disposal.
Ensure maximum utilization of ETP

Ensure treated effluent quality meets the statutory requirement

Cost Reduction

To ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and other inputs to minimize expenditure and reduce cost of production and reduce cost of treatment.

To check consumption ratios on daily basis and initiate corrective steps to minimize the cost of treatment and implement schemes for improving unit process for cost reduction.

Implement schemes for avoiding any sort of raw material/chemical/consumable waste in the plant and surroundings.

Productivity improvement

ETP Ensure optimum utilization of resources to maximize asset productivity, minimize input costs and maximize through put.
Increase level of Multi-skill and reduce Overtime.
Minimize down time of operating equipment by Daily/weekly follow up & organized supervision.
Adoption of latest technology & equipment to improve the performance & productivity of both ETP & RO plants at a sustainable & long term Planning

Delivery

Gypsum sludge store and dry for sell in cement Industries.
Proper utilization of treated effluent and sewage water for plant.
Supply of treated effluent to estuary as per guide line by civil team.

Safety and environment

Ensure compliance of safety and environment norms to maintain safe and healthy working environment in the plant.
Ensure 100% compliance of SO tour and observation.

People development and motivation

Develop and motivate multi skilling.
Develop motivation oriented work force for operational flexibility.
Improve reward and recognition.

KRA8

System improvement

Ensure schemes for process improvement, breakdown & cost reduction are evaluated & implemented as per the approved plan to achieve desired results.

To implement the best practices followed by other group units.
