Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
Owns the product roadmap.
Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
Solve productrelated problems, make decisions, complete tradeoff analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Possess a fundamental understanding of endtoend customer experience integration and dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
Assess value, develops cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Identifies and helps the client understand the business model, value and value proposition.
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
A leader of the team.
Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
A member of the team.
Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in Managing IT Projects

Preferred Qualifications

Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing daytoday contact on project status and changes
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
Structure and manage integrated, multitrack project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including thirdparty vendors and researchers
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plan

Mandatory/Preferred Skills:

9+ years project management experience
Handson experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification—including PMP/PRINCE II
Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Experience developing inhouse platforms for internal processes
Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skill sets.
Development Background with.

Net/Java technology stack is must

Knowledge on Cloud Technologies like Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
