Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
Accountable for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Education: (Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply)
Should have good communication & interpersonal skills
Should have a basic understanding of recruitment
Basic Knowledge of US Tax & Visa terms would be an added advantage
