Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with global clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded via voice and live chat interactions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and pursue strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that address client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in international markets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and progress towards targets.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage

Job Types:

Salary:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
