Should act as a link between networked financial institutions and customers and help customers in getting their queries resolved on time.

Should understand their needs and help customers by resolving their issues and coordinating with banks and NBFC's to provide customers with the best of their services.
Minimum of 6 months experience in Telesales/Telecalling (Outbound Sales) is required, or a fresher with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications required

A graduate degree is required (Any)
Dedicated enough to drive sales (Outbound sales)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can interact with customers from various backgrounds and build relationships.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and the internet.
Can maintain quality parameters.
Keep track of customer feedback for continuous improvement and turn it into action plans.
Willing to work in the Noida area.
People from the banking/finance industry and from good BPOs will have an advantage.
