IVacancy For Accounts Payable at Lower Parel


Responsibilities:

Should have good working knowledge of end-to-end AP process (Procure 2 Pay)

Review and process Employee Travel Expense Reimbursement as per policy

Review and scrutinize employee ledgers & advances ledgers

Verify vendor invoices with purchase order / agreement and company's authorisation matrix (approval limits) before processing

Interact with back-end AP team for any vendor invoices / payment related queries.

Should have basic knowledge of tax deduction at source (TDS) and ensure that the tax is deducted from all relevant Invoices

Consolidate and report TDS data for remitting to authorities within due date

Distribute TDS certificates to all vendors through mail & maintain quarterly details

Should have handled month end accounting process about AP.

Salary - 30K to 35k Per Month

Time - 10am to 7:30pm

Location - Lower Parel / CST
