We are looking for Agents for Travel Sales. Who will be required to interact with clients for booking Air, Hotel, Bus and Train Tickets. Guide them toward picking the best holiday package to suit all of their requirements.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling incoming call for Bookings
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Possess good knowledge of International boundaries.
  • Handling all functions related to Hotel Booking and Travel Arrangements (Airlines, Bus, Car and Railway)
  • Taking care of cancellations and refunding of the bookings.
  • Maintaining complete record, files and documentation related to travel desk.
  • Must be well aware of all the geographies, country capital across.
  • Good Communication skills Oral &Written
  • Good knowledge of internet
  • Ready to work in shifts.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • The ability to work with personnel from all levels
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Good written and Verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

  • No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
