Roles and Responsibilities

Collect and analyze the customer feedback.
Dealing with the customer issues and solving their problem.
Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer.
Respond to customers queries.
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Handling the voice and Non-Voice Processes in BPOs.
