    Role:Java TechnicalLead

    Qualification:BTech/MTech/MCA

    JobLocation:Hyderabad/Pune

    Responsibilities

    • Providetechnical leadership and guidance to a team of Javadevelopers.
    • Designand implement robust and scalable microservicesbased applicationsusingJava.
    • Drivebest practices in coding design and development methodologieswithin theteam.
    • Collaboratewith project managers to define project scope requirements andtimelines.
    • Leadthe planning estimation and prioritization of developmenttasks.
    • Ensuretimely delivery of highquality software solutions meeting projectdeadlines andobjectives.
    • Handsondevelopment of Javabased applications utilizing Spring Bootframework and other relevanttechnologies.
    • Designand develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with externalsystems.
    • Implementautomated testing strategies to ensure software quality andreliability.
    • Fostera collaborative and innovative environment within the developmentteam.
    • Mentorjunior developers providing technical guidance andsupport.
    • Conductcode reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code qualityandconsistency.
    • Stayupdated on emerging technologies and industry bestpractices.
    • Identifyopportunities for process improvements and efficiencygains.
    • Driveinitiatives to enhance software development practices andtoolsets.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or relatedfield.
    • Provenexperience as a Lead Java Developer or similarrole.
    • Strongproficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks(e.g. SpringBoot).
    • Extensiveexperience in developing microservicesbased architectures andRESTfulAPIs.
    • Solidunderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)methodologies and Agilepractices.
    • Excellentleadership and communication skills with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with crossfunctionalteams.
    • Experiencewith containerization technologies like Docker Kubernetes is aplus.
    • Familiaritywith cloud platforms like AWS Azure GCP and DevOps practices isdesirable.
    • Abilityto adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment with a strongcommitment to delivering highqualitysolutions.
