    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and timely project delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust fintech applications, considering factors such as security, performance, and scalability.
    • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Actively participate in coding and development activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members for professional growth.
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including testing methodologies, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
    • Ensure that software products meet high standards of reliability, security, and performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, including product managers and business analysts, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
      Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in a fintech environment.
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python etc
    • In-depth knowledge of financial systems, payment processing, and security protocols.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
