Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
  • Assist guests in selecting food and beverages, and answer any questions about the menu
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience and address any concerns they may have
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests

Requirements:


  • Diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
₹12,000.00 per month
