Roles and responsibilities:


  • Must be able to travel and train at different locations, coordinate training, and get the required data.
  • Proficiency in Micro-Soft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) and usage of the internet
  • Behavioral skills training to the Healthcare domain students (paramedical, ANM, DMLT, etc.) and community domain training with retail, ITES/BPO, Hospitality, etc. at the Pune location.
  • Design, plan, and implement an effective training curriculum on aspects of behavioral skills, communication skills, and interview skills that relate to the healthcare and communitybased domains.
  • Able to build customized training content and assessment tools for the same.
  • Good knowledge of modern training techniques.
  • Coordinate & managing with teams to get the training running in the location.
  • Good network of trainers to find budget trainers at statelevel locations.
  • Work & deliver the content for a given or assign project.
  • Eengage and ensure the capacitybuilding activities of key stakeholders.
  • Managing data and making reports for all the training monthly (qualitative & quantitative both).
  • Also, be ready for VUCA tasks given by managers and the leadership team.

Qualification:

Graduate


Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years of training delivery experience.
  • 1 Year of domain experience

Skills and competencies:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi, and other languages are bonuses).
  • Excellent facilitation and collaborative skills
  • Utilize learning methodologies and learning tools.
  • Strong people skills to connect with all levels.
  • Certifications in the behavioral skills domain
