We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing and Website Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of our digital marketing and website updates.

This role involves coordinating with external agencies to ensure effective digital marketing campaigns and timely website development for our real estate firm

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Digital Marketing Management:

Liaise with external digital marketing agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, and report on key metrics.
Stay uptodate with digital marketing trends and suggest improvements.

2.

Website Coordination:

Coordinate with external web developers to manage and update the company's website.
Ensure website content is current, accurate, and aligns with our brand strategy.
Monitor website performance and functionality, addressing any issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website content reflects current property listings and company news.

3.

Project Management:

Manage timelines and deliverables from external agencies.
Coordinate crossfunctionally within the company to ensure alignment of digital strategies with

overall business goals.

Budget management for digital marketing and website development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience in website management and coordination with external agencies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
