Telecaller - Ahmedabad, India - 3rd Eye Developer
Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
- Identify the needs of the clients and provide information about our IT services and products.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with clients and follow up on the leads.
- Update the company's database with new information obtained from clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment.
Working Conditions:
- The Telecaller will work in an office setting, making outbound calls to prospective clients.
- The Telecaller will report to the Sales Manager.

Experience:
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
