Description

Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
  • Identify the needs of the clients and provide information about our IT services and products.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with clients and follow up on the leads.
  • Update the company's database with new information obtained from clients.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • The Telecaller will work in an office setting, making outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • The Telecaller will report to the Sales Manager.
