Job description -

Should be comfortable with Work from Office
70 % Inside Sales and 30 % Field Sales
Should be comfortable with Tele sales and Field Sales both
Must have 2 wheeler and Driving License
Excellent communication skills in
English and Malayalam:

Should be comfortable with rotational offs

Salary
Up to 4 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities -

Making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
Meet with the clients as per their requirements
Present and explain the features and benefits of various insurance plans to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall sales process
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
