The Role

Senior Operations Executive

Junosys Networks Pvt. Ltd. Is Hiring for Operations Executive.

Job Title: Senior Operation Executive (Female)

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparations of Quotation, Purchase order etc.
Vendor and Contract Management.
Supply-Chain Management.
Follow-up of Orders, Renewals, Customers and Partners.
Order Load, Material inward/outward check.
E-Mail management (Check & Reply)
Daily reporting.
Office Maintenance.
Day-to-day operations handling.

Ideal Profile

Minimum 2 years to 3 years of proven experience in the field of operations or back office.
Bachelor's degree BCA, B. Com. Computers.
Should expert in computer operating.
Candidates having tally knowledge will be prefferd.
Should have excellent command on MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel)
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Excellent communication and Writing skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellence in Email writing and reporting.
