Description

Ensure timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments to customers as per contractual terms and conditions through effective management of operations at the location's Service centre and PUD.

Drive key performance metrics for various operations processes in the Service Center & PUD
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Execution Excellence at the location (e.g. Ontime delivery performance, Transit times, RTO reduction, Timely connectivity onto the network, Reduction in errors, etc.)
Support the operations capability building initiatives in the service centre by facilitating the conduct of various functional training programs for operations teams at Service Centre & PUD
Ensure optimum productivity and utilization of fleet
Ensure safety and security of all shipments in the location.

Evaluate existing infrastructure for operations in the service centre and/or PUD, Seek approval from the Area / Branch Management

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
