As a MIS Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining all dashboards and reports which would help the Operations team to analyze the team performance and improve Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

Maintain periodic reports/dashboards for the entire Customer Success Teams
Track Agent and Team wise performance data on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
Share insights to enhance Team Performance, Process efficiency and Business metrics
Collaborate with internal Data team to draw insights of Customer Trends, behaviors and automate reports
Oversee and manage Vendor billings
Prior Experience 6 months 1 year
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent knowledge in Excel and Google sheets
Must be selfmotivator and selfstarter
Good analytical skills
Solid time management skills
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Should be able to work in High Pressure environment
Flexible with rotational shifts and rotational 6 weekoffs in a month
Immediate joiners are given first preference
Experience in Google Analytics
Knowledge of SQL and Python is an added advantage
