Requirement:
With the primary objective of generating revenue and growth while working on customer retention and satisfaction, at optimal profitability, the JDs include:

Generating revenue for the company at the right margins. It includes sales, sales support, customer satisfaction and business development.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, relationship and satisfaction by creating and executing strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

- . Meet potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

- .Preserve and enhance gross margins

Understand market competitiveness and thereafter work and implement best practices.
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts
Manage the monthend and yearend close processes
Be part of the creation of the overall B2B strategy and direction and to be responsible for the road map of the meeting the customer concept area
Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary while overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
To define and maintain the conceptual documentation within the customer area, including a relevant KPI framework
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
