Job Title:
Billing Executive

Reporting to:
Manager - Supply Chain

Location:
Mumbai

Job Purpose:

What you will be doing:

To manage and be accountable for the Order processing and Sales Invoicing and supporting the Sales Team.

Sale Invoice creation and confirmation of PI from Sales person, distributors & dealers for PAN India Region
Customer Grievance & Complain handling for PAN India Region
Coordinating with Warehouse for dispatch of Invoices for PAN India Region
Maintaining MIS of Orders placed v/s Orders processed
Sales Returns

Who you are:

A graduate with 12 years Experience preferably in Order Processing / Billing
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience of Microsoft AX will be added advantage.
