Job Descrip on:
We are looking to hire a skilled System Administrator who has great experience with the overall func onality of office 365.
Daily & Weekly Responsibili es:
- Configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and other
- Managing user accounts, including creating new accounts, assigning licenses, and resetting passwords
- Monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of the Office 365 environment
- Setting up and enforcing security and compliance measures, such as multifactor authentication and data loss prevention policies
- Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems
- Troubleshoot Desktop & laptop issues.
- Install and maintain equipment and so ware.
- Asset Management
- Perform remote systems troubleshoo ng.
- Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed.
- Work with exis ng vendors to evaluate new technology.
- Monitor the performance of a company's desktop infrastructure and provide sugges ons to improve efficiency.
Skills & Qualifica on Required:
- Cer fica ons preferred in AZ104, MS900, MS100 & 101, AZ305 (any of them)
- The ability to u lize PowerShell to research and perform ac vi es related to Exchange, One Drive and
- Deep understanding of Exchange Administra on. How to add users to Distribu on lists security groups other exchange related tasks like understanding of Mail flow, Mail trace among other Exchange administra on task.
- Understanding of mail flow. How to troubleshoot undeliverable messages.
- Knowledge in Zoho Desk, Freshdesk (op onal)
Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
