Roles and Responsibilities
- Efficiently responding to any online or telephonic queries
- Understanding and recording details of customer requirements.
- Validating leads based on requirements shared by clients.
- Updating databases regularly along with details such as contact details, new clients, etc.
- Using CRM tools for maintaining records of leads.
- Following up prospective customers to get all the details.
- Producing various reports like job progress, activity report, update on follow up of sales funnel, etc. on weekly basis.

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
