Description
One of our NBFC client is looking for LLB freshers graduated from reputed Law colleges, fluent in English

Document drafting
- drafting and vetting of all types of agreements, MOU's etc.


  • Preparing & vetting of petitions, replies, appearance in courts.
  • Handling Legal activities, Legal Advice to various business verticals and functions on legal issues.
  • Handling the Legal Activities of the Company. Interpretation of law/ regulations and advising their applicability
  • Advisory services, drafting, arbitration, liaison, legal operations, compliances, contract drafting.
  • M&A, IPR, apprising the team and the management about new law amendments along with implications thereof on the organisation.
  • Liaise with auditors, shareholders, regulators and other statutory authorities.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action

Salary:
₹10, ₹25,915.34 per month

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
