What You'll Do:

Payroll professionals often interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are important for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and explaining payroll processes to others.
Payroll recruit should be comfortable working with payroll software, databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.

What You Know:

Should have overall 5+ Years of experience
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as tax requirements and labor laws, is preferable.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
