Deputy Manager - Billing & Master Data Management (Team of three) : Year

Master Data Management:

  • 1. Keeping Master data up to date.
  • New client Creation in System
  • Implementation of bulk changes in pricelist and master data of organisation.
  • Pricelist creation & updating in System
5. updating new services & tagging to respective pricelist in System (CRM)


  • Prepare & send new/renewal clients MOU & keeping track.

Billing:

  • 1. Monthly Revenue reconciliation, Closing & Reporting.
  • Maintaining invoice accuracy by checking master data periodically.
  • Invoice generation and submission in auto mode.
  • Invoice Submission to all stake holders.
  • Improvement in automation of processes.
  • Manual invoice submission and tracking.
  • Invoice Corrections.
  • Preparing Credit notes. & Tracking Credit Note trend

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 8 per week


Salary:
₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
