- Must be excellent in English verbal and written communication
- Must have Problemsolving & Analytical skills
- Must possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight deadlines and high volume.
Job responsibility
- Gather details about the open position and Prepare JD
- Sourcing and Screening resumes
- Conduct a preliminary telephonic round interview.
- Send assignment to shortlisted people
- Scheduling Interviews.
- HR Interviews and Negotiation
- Offer release
