Key Responsibilities:

Programming:
Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using CAD/CAM software.

Creating new drawing for fixture development.

Tool path Optimization:
Maximize machining efficiency and minimize cycle times through effective tool path strategies.

Tool Selection:
Select appropriate cutting tools and tool holders for each job.

Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality control to ensure components meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

Machine Setup Support:
Assist in machine setup, including tool loading and calibration, to ensure program accuracy.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling, and setup instructions.

Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve programming and machining issues to minimize downtime.

Training:
Provide training and guidance to VMC Operators as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer for VMC machines. Software like Master cam, CAD CAM, Solid works.
Proficiency in any cam software for CNC programming.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Basic computer skills for program management
