Description
Manage communication of L&D strategies and employee participation across various L&D programmes- Develop and coordinate succession planning
- Analyse employee learning needs
- Administer onboarding and exit
- Acts as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development
- This role will coordinate all L&D activities, partner with the Service Directors, regularly interacting with employees and thirdparty training providers.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies.
Required Qualification:
Experienced with 0-1yrs in Traning and Development
