Hiring For Customer Service Executive

Process - Voice

REQUIREMENT:


Six months experience in bpo will be an advantage.

Both fresher and experience will be considered

Well versed in English language.

Pure day shift.

Salary Structure -up to 20 Kctc ( IN HAND 14 TO 17K )

Depends On Performance can be work from home post training or after 3months

RESPONSIBILITY:


Answer inbound calls professionally.

Provide information about products and services.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
