Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
- Be a Honest, hardworking, polite. Housekeeping e.g. Taking Care of Hygiene and Cleaning of office.
- He should keep the office tables, chairs, windows, book-shelves, cubicles and cabin clean and tidy.
- Before leaving the office, he should check if all the systems are switched off, lights and fans are switched off, doors and windows of the cabinet are closed.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Provide basic cleaning, refreshment, and messenger services. Provide basic administrative and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
- He should do all the banking related work.
Salary:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
