**Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential commercial clients in the designated market or industry.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business accounts, which may involve cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing commercial clients.
Understand each client's specific needs, industry trends, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Create and implement sales plans, forecasts, and strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and how they can meet the needs of commercial clients.
Clearly and effectively communicate product or service benefits to clients.Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions, prices, and agreements to secure new business and renewals.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide market insights and feedback to the company for product development and strategy improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales data.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
