Roles and Responsibilities
Clinical Embryology and Micromanipulation Laboratory skills
- Preparation of culture dishes for IVF and ICSI
- Follicular fluid screening for COC
- Identification of oocytes
- Denudation of oocytes
- Culture of oocytes, Conventional IVF
- Fertilization check, monitoring of embryos and grading of embryos
- IVF & ICSI
- TESA/TESE ICSI
- PICSI
Andrology laboratory
- Comprehensive semen assessment including strict Kruger morphology
- Viability assessment
- Sperm DNA fragmentation test
- Semen preparation for IUI, IVF and ICSI
- Testicular tissue preparation
Cryopreservation Laboratory skills
- Vitrification and warming of
- Oocytes
- Embryos
- Inventory management of vitrified embryos
- Semen cryopreservation
Embryo Biopsy & PGD skills (optional)
- Laser Assisted Hatching
- Blastomere biopsy
- Trophectoderm biopsy
- Tubing
Laboratory Management skills

Quality Control:Maintain strict quality control standards in the laboratory to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Regularly calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring consistent performance.

Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures, outcomes, and patient information, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

Team Management and Training:Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior embryologists and laboratory staff.
Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the embryology team, ensuring smooth operations.

Patient Interaction:Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, progress, and results in a compassionate and supportive manner. Address patient inquiries and provide emotional support throughout the fertility treatment process.

Research and Development:Stay updated with the latest advancements in embryology and reproductive technology.
- Participate in research projects, contribute to scientific publications, and implement innovative techniques.
Lab Safety and Compliance:Adhere to strict laboratory safety protocols and maintain compliance with local, state, and national regulations and accreditation standards.

ART Law- Aware of ART law and its compliances

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identify and resolve technical challenges and anomalies that may arise during procedures, optimizing success rates.

Continuous Learning:Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay current with evolving techniques and trends in embryology.
Job Location
CIFAR, Sector-27, Gurgaon,
Minimum Qualification
Master's degree in embryology.
Work Experience
- 23 experience in Infertility (IVF) practice
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
