Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to solve complex business problems.

You will work closely with a team of experienced data scientists and engineers to build and deploy scalable ML models and algorithms.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to train ML models.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to gain insights and identify patterns in the data.
  • Evaluate and compare the performance of different ML models and select the most appropriate one for a given task.
  • Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Implement data pipelines and workflows to automate the training and deployment of ML models.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 24 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing ML models and algorithms.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikitlearn.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of big data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Matplotlib.
