Grade-Band - HRO CoE is part of TCS Cognitive Business Process Services, HRO (CBPS) The team is supports Operation delivery, Pre-Sales solutions, coducts Process capability assessment, deployment of Process controls for on going and new projects; Its team of HR Domain experts with multiple Geo & it also partners with the customers to transform their businesses and take to the next level of maturity.

The team leverages their trade mark practices for the transformation journey. These coupled with the technology support from the larger IT Organization helps our businesses to deliver beyond customer expectations. The CoE team memebers are trained in Quality Six Sigma Black Belt Program.

The team also works hand in hand with the Delivery Assurance group to ensure deployment of best practices and thereby driving operations to the next level.
