JOB SUMMARY Administrator Role Summary Proactively monitor the system to ensure continuity of service uptime performance Advise and assist end users delegated administrators as required.

Proactively notify the business of planned tenant downtime maintenance windows.

Work to resolve system issues where necessary raise support incidents with SAP Assist with onboarding new users teams, feed into onboarding documentation process Work closely with wider infrastructure, network security teams Ensure data governance policies are adhered to Be cognizant of up upcoming feature releases and enhancements Experience Must have:

Minimum 2 years hands on experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud Performed administrativetasks within the SAC environment Experience of SAP Analytics Cloud utilising live acquired connectivity to native SAP source systems BW HANA Should have: Created SAC Stories Models using live and acquired data Familiarity Awareness of Analytic Applications experience in scripting Analytic Applications a plus Familiarity with SAP best practice guidelines Awareness or hands on experience of configuring authentication for a SAC tenant SSO integration Awareness or hands on experience of requirements re: CORS, Firewall Proxy servers in relation to SAC Proactively monitor the system to ensure continuity of service uptime performance Advise and assist end users delegated administrators as required.
