The major roles & responsibilities include: -

Lead Generation
Provide correct information to the Clients
Enter details into the software
Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
Improve quality results by recommending financial changes.
Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.
Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

Requirements:

Good Communication skills
Minimum 06 month to Maximum 6+ in Investments or Insurance field. (Fresher is allowed but has brief knowledge about insurance)

3. 12th Pass/ Graduate
