Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Voice Process.
Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking the help of different internal tools

  • Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
  • Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients
  • Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions & manage and resolve customer complaints.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skill (Telugu, Hindi and English Mandatory with any other South Indian Language)

  • An enthusiastic and energetic individual.
  • Quick learner

Job Type:
Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
