The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure smooth and efficient administrative support to Freight, Transit and Advance Tech organizations at WITEC.

Responsibilities will be broad and dynamic in nature ranging from coordinating or leading special organization projects, coordinating conferences/All hands/trainings to preparing presentations.

It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable using technology and operating at senior levels in an organization.


Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Support VP and senior leadership in all administrative tasks.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Calendar, meeting, and conference management.
  • Track staff meeting actions & closure with owners
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team and business visitors.
  • Processing expense reports & other travel related logistics
  • Handle various events as organized by the Organization.
  • Support vendor onboarding & Vendor payments.
  • Manage & coordinate logistics for global visitors
  • Support team as per the requirement.

Well organized, with attention to detail, yet able to balance changing priorities. Ability to grasp concepts and think/learn quickly. Professional approach, good judgment, creative problem-solver. Possessing the personal drive and commitment to implement innovative solutions. Ability to take feedback and drive solutions

Any appropriate certifications from accredited institutions
