We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be generating sales leads through strategic prospecting and relationship-building. Strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a drive for achieving sales targets are essential. Conducting market research, delivering compelling presentations, and exceeding sales targets will be key to driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries/segments.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Actively prospect and engage with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and industry visits.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and effective followup.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales lead generation, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented, with a drive for achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Proficiency in regional language

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
