Job Requirement:

Update and execute HSE plans
Guide management to move forward towards safety culture and zero accident
Create presentations for effective Safety Training

Conduct meetings, training and other awareness activities for health and safety matters and accident prevention

Develop / Update HSE checklist / SOPs for smooth work flow

Incident investigation for getting knowledge to avoid reoccurring

Manage the safety manpower at site

eport on health, safety& environment awareness, issues and statistics.

Compliance of statutory requirements under safety.
Risk assessment. ( JSA, RCA, HIRA )
Organising Different Type of Training and explaining work related Hazard and Precaution to the Employees and worker.
Conduct monthly EHS inspection system for each department & reporting of observation of the Safety head.
Independently plan and conduct emergency preparedness mock drills.
Independently investigate accident, potential near misses, and health and safety issue.
