Prepare production plan of Post Spinning sections to achieve targeted productivity and efficiency within the defined quality norms, and specified budget.

Old machine and technology which has bottleneck of entire process and imbalance single and double ratio%

Challenges:

Capacity of autoconer is bottleneck for the entire process
Small lot is a big challenge to run and perform our standard Norms.
More varieties and old technology it leads to more changes places, poor housekeeping and low productivities.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions
Implementation of Production plan

Prepare production plan with the appropriate machinery
Organize man power and his training/skill.

Waste & Quality Control

Check the packages and control the same by varying the machine settings
Monitor the imperfections and control the same by varying the machine settings & temperaturehumidity conditions

Productivity control

Monitoring productivity & efficiency of shift analyze machine wise stoppage and recommend actions

Implementation of WCM, IMS

Check various procedures and processes and assist in implementing quality, environment and safety standards
Assist the department in implementing WCM standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Textiles

Minimum Experience Level:

5-8 Years

Senior Manager
